This poem is part philosophical and part social commentary, mirroring the patterns, or lack of them, in our busy lives, complete with the emotions that accompany our journeys. I enjoy your "loose rhyme" and internal rhyming within this primarily free verse poem, it added a spice of almost humor to an otherwise rather deep theme. Nicely done!
