When the Way Out is In



God knowing everything
Must know what I mean
Seeing through me showing
Up to see me through

Knowing what was going
Down I grew up to
See two of us being
Both of us come true

Here in the in between
Knowing what to do
No doubt one all-knowing
Must know about me

God with me ongoing
Seeing though unseen
Must hear me silently
Here saying thank you

To God now for knowing
Everything and not
Forgetting me back when
I almost forgot

But having met again
In my heart I see
Where we have always been
Having always known

When the way out is in
I am not alone
