Entre Nous



At never too late to try
And why not anyway
At the intersection of
What have I got to lose
Wondering under the sky
Quite understandably

Otherwise another day
Another might refuse
A night of madness maybe
But by the light of love
Leading me I found my way
Around mortality

I needed to know I go
On going but I see
How then and so now I know
If I know anything
Having found this way to say
What you read tomorrow

Knowing love is what it means
Here the unseen meaning
Is seen in the in betweens
Clearly it means to be
Entre nous and hauntingly
Wanting to be someday

Saying I love you today
Tomorrow then from me
