Play of Light Dawn awakes Skies of purple gray Night shadows fade Gentle breeze Morning’s first sigh Light airy mist Daybreaks kiss Cloud reflections Mirrored in rippled wakes Leafy bowers beckon Vying for the light Suns molten magic Holds day spellbound An ebullient embrace Languid moon escapes Resigning ethereal throne Resplendent landscapes Sumptuous spills of color Smoldering medley of hues Enchanting fragrances released Floating notes of lavender Gardenia and magnolia A living tapestry Forever embroidered Within this minds eye.
