Knowing and Doing

Lot’s of thinking, feeling,
Sensing and experiencing;
Mind, heart,
Body and soul.
Different languages—
Nouns, adjectives
Adverbs and verbs.
But in the end,
What do you know?
Which do you choose?
This or that,
This and that.
Both or neither.
Truth is what remains
When all is said and done,
And nothing needs
To be added,
Subtracted,
Or changed.
That is the sweet spot
In time and place,
Where the mind,
heart, body and soul
Say yes or no;
Knowing what you think
You know
Isn’t always so.
