Time is Odd

Time is odd--

Never quite enough,

but always all there is;

Flies by fast,

When having fun,

Drags by slowly,

when being bored.

Past, present and future,

Or just an eternal now?

Mechanical and linear,

or Psychological and wiggly?

Our most valuable resource,

but the least used smartly;

Objective or subjective,

Knowable or just usable?

The best answer--

Be more present,

in all you do,

without wasting time,

remembering the past,

or peeking to the future;

Being here now,

Having all the time there is,

Which is always enough.
