Go into your head

take a look around

be honest you can

Are you happy with all

did you try to make amends

or did you 'run'

As you look around

give yourself a pat

on your back

even if no reason is found,

time to move on

away from the dust

as well as the fluff

the things you find

you would rather hide.

Bin the lot while your here

start again

now that you know,

dont put it in recycle

best let it go.

All those thoughts

those doubts

those words that slipped out

the self that grept in

and stayed too long,

at last its over

they have all gone,

time to smile and move on.
