Inspired by a client, who is the subject of this work.

She stands before the mirror,
A tear runs down her cheek,
Remembers last nights horror,
When Love she went to seek.

She thinks, " He said he loved me",
Those midnight hours, on the net.
Opened up my soul for him to see,
On him my future I had set."

Finally, he said to her, "Let's meet".
Her heart rose up into her throat,
At last,her lonliness, she would beat,
Didn't think, that he would be the goat.

She touched the bruises on her face,
Shut her eyes and moaned with pain.
Remembers well that darkened place,
He turned from Angel, to one insane.

Within her soul, she feels a shame,
That she was easily taken in
Although on her, there is no blame
She feels that she, commited sin.

She slowly turns, falls on the bed'
The night is filled, with anguished tears.
Screams to the night, " I wish I were dead"
" No more horror, no more fears".

There was no truth came from his keys,
His lies, a rainbow did create ,
Blinded, lonely, she could not see,
He was no lover, just a chatroom predate'.

But as she's drifting off to sleep,
Before her, once again his face
Her skin and flesh, the fear it creeps.
The nightmares, still haunt her sleep.
