Life is a gift from God, and we will not be judged until we have totally unwrapped his gift. Thus, it is never too late to find your heart. That is why we were created.

Right on, Paul! And I've always wondered the same thing -- is my prayer worthy to be heard? Being pragmatic, I take it one step further. With about 6.4 billion people on this single planet, and they say that about 70% of us are religious, every single instant must contain a rioting Babel of prayers (that's a LOT to be listening to). But God handles it!

I think we all go through these questions as we go through our tests in life.

yes,soemtimes we don't know what to say when someone is having a bad time, we can say "i'm sor sorry" and feel so terribly "weak" as if those daft words are far from enough. You have written some words here
with questions I have so often asked myself.

The unanswerable questions are to be treasured, Paul, and the answerable ones to be searched out and found. But the true test of faith and "worthiness" is that, notwithstanding frailty and questions, confusion or even doubt, STILL we take the step of reaching out to God with whatever is on our hearts to seek His face or His help: that kind of FAITH is what qualifies us to be His children, irrespective of "good works" or track record. What more could one friend do for another than to reach out into the unknown or beyond their own comfort zone to seek to bring them help and relief? Beautiful sentiments here and well-expressed.
