I like how this series keeps the rhythm constant - makes it even more spooky. Blood dripping from walls, disappearing paths...yikes!

Paul, this is wonderful. I love it, I read all four parts this morning and was caught up in the atmosphere and could hear the unsettled souls whispers and sighs. What a great job. I can't wait for Part V.

Haggards' Halls is not really an ambitious write. I have always enjoy reading and telling stories. Since I was a child stories of castles and darkness have always fascinated me. Many of my stories are done with different cultural overtones. The English, Scottish, Danish, Irish, etc. I have always been fascinated in the beauty, history and mysteries of these countries. Hence is my reason and love for writting these stories.

has wandered in beyond the gate.
Fate can not work in reverse,
first goes last and last is first.

If I fail to metion that the above quatrain is one of the best in English literature, then I read no poetry.
Haggard's Halls seem to be an ambitious work; could you please guide us with a little background or a comment.( I read the four parts, already).
