Melancholy III: Fading

The movement of the earth, axially,
saddens me. The waning season,
almost upon us. The spraying hiss
of the sprinkler punctuates my thoughts.
Tedious blue skies and cloudless scenes
still my dreams of passionate monsoon growth.
The desert heat has returned -- producing
lethargy, and a wearying malaise.
Everywhere I look I see signs of fading,
even in my eyes. Even in myself.

We all have our moments, days and times, where we feel so "faded" but quiet time is all that is required to revitalize the mind and soul. Thought provoking write, sometimes we don't "listen" close enough to the signs, this is a good reminder.

A big faith brings about many miracles in our life....the secret is to trust and believe implicitly in God...and stay in constant prayer and dialogue with him...
