When The Oceans Sail The Skies

Cloud formed jellyfish
Float languidly in pale blue skies,
Ethereally fluming tapering tendrils
Of vapor-tipped stingers.
Suspended puffer fish
Flay their fins over mountain peaks,
Poised in atmospheres buoyancy
Of gaseous inflation.
Majestic manta rays patrol
Insubstantial anchorages,
Consuming watery rafted particles
Of hazy gossamer air.
Shredded strands of seaweed
Elongate toward the sun’s eye,
In mystical maritime currents
Of celestial expansion.

Magical imagery, I truly enjoyed your vision! Having returned from a cruise, I'm still enamored with the sea...and this write!
(((HUGS))) and love, Karla. :)
