Degrees of Appreciation

Did you ever feel hope plummet
Into the windowed shards
Of your mind? I know
You have, that’s life’s
Specialty, chaos
Within pattern. Just like
Another of life’s specialties,
Pattern within chaos.
I have a hard time blaming anyone,
Generically, humanly advanced
By ‘History’. Which brings about dogmas,
as well as gods. Why? Because it was written.
Yes! Strange as it may seem,
The very fact of ‘writing’ history
Dominated whatever story lie before.
Now, is that fair? Is it godly? Is it just?
Is it evolution, devolution, revolution,
Or, nonce?
The Appreciation? Still degreed by
Compartments of illiteration.
