I place the taste of scented t’s
into the stew of f’s, m’s and b’s,
and smother w’s with ladled p’s,
sprinkled with dashes of r’s, k’s and z’s.

I toast the sides of i’s, y’s and g’s,
butter and jam with s’s and v’s,
settle the u’s into hot q’s of teas,
with flavors of j’s and d’s to please.

I bake x's pies with h’s and e’s,
sugar with l’s, and a’s so sweet,
a dollop of o’s, a shake of c’s,
top with n's, and begin to feast!
