thoughts in a parking lot...

i’ve been afraid of changing
still am, forever waiting
seems not much worth keeping
deep inside of me

i’ve been afraid of dying
still am, forever abiding
seems one day i’d see
i’ll be the death of me

i’ve been afraid of living
still am, fleeing, failing
seems i’ll never be
anyone but me

Well said Erin, I feel this many times too, guess we all do...if we can accept ourselves we win...that's the rub;-)

Be who you are, the only person you're with forever, do what you most fear and the death of fear is certain, keep on keeping on!!

I have had similar feelings echo through my mind as well. I suppose it's something we all think about from time to time.

Well said. I know what you mean, Erin.
So I made a New Year's resolution (you might relate to).
