two feet of snow
lie on the ground
the whole world is cold
the lost is unfound
I can't see my breath
cause my eyes are froze shut
I'm freezing to death
my blood's turned to mud
I thought it was pretty
when I could still see
two feet of snow
happened to me
two feet of snow
the roads are a mess
nobody can go
S.O.S.
nothing in the fridge
nothing on the shelf
no joe on the stove
I'm here by myself
locked in the house
no one hears me shout
two feet of snow
no way to get out
she left in the day
and took the car
had nothing to say
I took it hard
and then flakes
fell out of the sky
until the fall
was two feet high
so now I'm trapped
in my own little jail
the lights have gone out
and the plumbing has failed
two feet of snow
and no firewood
got no where to go
even if I could
the world has grown small
the room starts to shrink
two feet of snow
and I can't even think
there will never be
another spring
two feet of snow
the very last thing

Reviews of "SNOW BLUES song lyrics by Joel Sattler"
Ten inches of snow seems too little for the anguish expressed. In my years in snow country, ten inches never slowed me down. It took usually, fifteen inches or more to bring everything to a halt.
