MIRROR MIRROR lyrics
by Joel Sattler

I spent a long time crying
a long time in emptiness
I could’ve loved you better
but now you’re gone forever

You were me and I was you
no difference between the two
you knew everything I knew
and every seed we planted grew

mirror mirror
on the wall
do you even
care at all
do you think
the past is real
or is the now
all that you feel.

I could be nobody else
I could barely be myself
I look in the mirror and I see your face
and of myself there is not a trace

when you're gone where do you go
heaven is a dream I know
hell is only there for show
the arrow's nothing without the bow

mirror mirror
on the wall
do you even
care at all
do you think
the past is real
or is the now
all that you feel.

love is only what is loved
love is only just because
do what you can with what you got
cause when it's gone then it is not

Not just a another lost love song, I believe this one has real merit with the right artist in the right melody.
