LET'S RUN AWAY song lyrics
by JOEL SATTLER

the world's closing in
they won't let us win
they say we can't have
what we want and need
but I don't believe
no I don't believe it

let's run away
today is the day
why can't they see
we need to be free

let's run away
we don't have to play
their stupid games
their' brand of insane

let's run away
today is the day
why can't they see
we need to be free

let's run away
let's run away
why can't they see
we need to be free

I like the strength of these four words you implement so well in this: “their’ brand of insane.” ~~ djl

I sure hope they arrive at a wonderful spot. Reminds me a bit of children who take their lunch and run away. Only to find at the end of the day and they had eaten their lunch, they have no place to stay for the night. The extreme version of this was a movie I saw once. Some Scandinavian young royalty were in love in a way that was taboo (brother and sister?) They ran off into the woods and tried to live on nuts and mushrooms. They starved to death.

There's a wild ' behind their in one line.
