In my mind, where treasures are private
I find you there exploring the space
Orating the moon and stars
Seeking my cheek with fingers that trace
Innocent beating so quiet, rebounds
Caressing my hair as your fingers embrace
Don't make a sound...don't make a sound
The heart that is filling
The power that grips
Embracing the evening
Mine dares to skip
Innocent beating in hushed...rebounds
Don't make a sound, don't make a sound.
Did you feel me tremble
As eager words slipped
When slowly we strolled
When hips were to hips
Embraced by a chance in the cold night air
Snuggle me closer and please dare to dare.
I'll sit at your feet and kiss every word
Embrace your need with curve upon curve
Succumb to your wishes
As our moans rebound
Then don't make a sound,
Please, don't make a sound.
Tell me a story about the moon
Take me to Venus while I swoon
Let's ride the comets and chase our own space
Brush away phosphorous from my face
Swing on a dare as Novas rebound
Shhhhh, don't make a sound
Don't make a sound!
Oh ... love that image Belle! And you captured this moment with sensual elegance. Like soft susurrations of Cythereas honey. Blessings dear Poetess ...

You've used up all the good words... leaving me to say, sincerely and profoundly... You do take me away in this... and soundlesslly!!

The profoundity (word?) of "Shhhhh, don't make a sound" is eteched in the readers psyche as he/she/they read this graceful poetry. As we read your words it is as though we are . . . Shhhhh . . . Somehow getting away with something delightfully sinful and . . . Shall I say it again? Profound . . . You NEVER quit mesmerizing me with your total feel for the human spirit . . . No one writes love poems as you do, Susan . . .
You really have written a beautiful love dance in the stars with your elegant lines. It is a tapestry of the finest silken threads brushed with the elixir of Aphrodites tincture.
the magic of a moment endures when it is left to the silent roar of its experience and embrace ... luv the voicing and sentiment in this poem, Susan ...
