Never Never Land

The early morning sights and sounds bring new friends.

The tall trees have curbed there howling, they bask in sunshine
At night time they are home to many travelers

The tall pine was a rest station for a large grey owl last evening
How long he was stationed there only the Lord knows
I went outdoors to smoke and meditate and to gaze at the stars
I looked up and seen him, his large white eyes glaring at me
His presence was certainly being felt by me
He was communicating by using mental telepathy
A Rasping sound came from the big bird
It sounded English as I understood him to say, you are here because of her
Stay the course until it is your time
Then the big bird flew off to probably Never, Never, Land

The observation is keen but very gentle
and quickly spills over to awareness
and great understanding of our need to be one.
A fine moment, Tony.

Very nicely done,Tony....lucky you to have such a unique visitor! I've never seen an owl except in a zoo....they've probably seen me in the forest many times, but I've yet to see one...here's hoping someday!

there is lore that an owl visiting is to gather a soul
and the sparrow who hits the window of a home saves it...
not to worry though on either account,
the spiritual messengers are surely always unique to each of us

It's so good to connect with Mother Nature's creatures. I have a fond memory of an owl also. They are very wise creatures indeed. You must listen to the sounds of the Earth, they will guide you on your journey through life...
Keep the faith and stay warm and healthy.

Peace and love and light,
Amber

Owls are amazing birds, I love to wake up to their calls in the middle of the night, years ago at our cabin we heard them go crazy in their language, mating call?? don't know, but it was the only time I heard such a racket~
Blessings,
Christine
