Soldiers wanting to come home,
tour of duty over,
but they have to stay.
Some are angry,
others accept their fate.
They are tired and need a break,
weary from the bombs & bullets.

We're sitting at home in comfort,
some don't know how to appreciate.
They let stupid things dictate.
With no hand around the neck,
lifes real easy to take for granted.
Egos and arrogant behaviors fester,
some really need the jester.

When bombs & bullets call,
no time to bouce the ball.
It's staying alive time,
not spoiled American ego chime.
A lot of the American spoiled snoots,
need to be in the soldiers boots.
