At work rolling with my employees, had to bust some azz, went a little too far.
But came back down to earth, for what it's worth, things got back to normal. Almost lost a good employee by being too tough.
Not too tough,
just tough enough.
No unnecessary,
causes too much worry,
six might carry,
twelve might judge,
face might smudge.
So much for the trip,
going all out flip,
smack the sucker down,
he just might come around.
If he don't,
maybe he won't.
Who gives a kitty,
this is the great big city,
almost everyone's chitty,
you better even
watch your kitty.
I've found,
it's best not to knock a
person completely down.
To keep good sanity,
it's best to avoid profanity,
and other stupid insanity.
Well done my friend...it's tough being in charge sometimes, but no doubt you made a statement that will encourage others to keep theirself in check no messing with the boss!
