trying
to reach the
moon, travel to
places undiscovered by man.
I sat in my room among universes,
worlds to small for the naked eye to see.
I view into my mirror at me, a whole world undiscovered.
I'm one of many others in this life, a mind, a body, a heart and a soul. There are many mysteries inside us,
worlds and universes untold. I step outside my door, universes stare at me, I stare back, wondering.

In a speck of rain water, a particle
of dust, I choose my destination.
Prepare for my voyage, see you
when I get back, I'll be gone for awhile.
I dive into the speck of water, swim
around, introduce myself to the natives.
Hello everyone, am I immune to your
world, do I have free passage through?
Warning, warning, a big shoe approaches,
it may destroy us all, take evasive action,
prepare for a collision. My wifes foot
missed us, she continues on across the
porch, calling out my name, honey where
are you, I just saw you walk out the door?

I do not answer, she may not understand,
places I explore, places I go, the life
forms I meet. She returns from her search
for me, I'm sitting at the kitchen table,
water dripping from my clothes,
she ask, how did you get
so wet, it barely rained,
only a few drops? I just sit and
smile, then respond, honey
I accidently walked
trough the sprinkler,
she looks out the
window, the sprinkler
is off, she shakes
her head. I go
upstairs, take
off my clothes,
take an immune
shower as
instructed
by my
little
