When the ocean crashes down
You are the purest shore
Salvation from the battlefield
Of life’s perpetual war
A beacon of survival
Blazing through the sky
Guiding me in darkness
The ever-watching eye
You walked with me in life
Protect me now you're gone
Regardless of what comes my way
Your light is always shone
Until the day, we meet again
I live life for us two
In memory of love you gave
Pure beauty that was you
