Dear Abdi, your raise very profound questions which I often ponder as do many about the effects of tribalism, religions, colonialism, slavery, and the myrid of problems facing the continent that too many in the African American community romanticize about. You speak of the reality that many need to hear and absorb. I share your messages and ask how long. Why ? Oftimes sinking to despair and then I think of you and your courage. Stay strong, take care as I do all that I can do which is pray to my God and spirit of the ancestors. Shame on the greedy of the world as they sacrifice a whole continent
in never ending human sacrifices. Peace, love and blessings my brother as I shed useless tears.

You are absolutely correct, Abdi-Noor...and it is probably a combination of all the situations that you list that are causing the problems. Your people are sick and starving and your leaders are rich and healthy. Supplies are sent, but there is an inability to get them to those who need them. As the frustrations mount, I fear the general consensus will be that Africa must start their own healing if they wish for the rest of the world to continue to try to help. It is not an easy request to fill when those who would need to be starting the uprising are sick and starving...could it be that those in power in your country know this and that is why things remain as they are? Please understand that I am not bashing you, your people or your country for that matter, but I am frustrated with your leaders.

the problem is so vast and nothing seems to change. Then when you hear the stories of what the UN did with the money for oil scandal and all the other messes in world policy and leadership, it's a huge
quagmire that only a Creator can handle. If leaders would go to him for help, but they won't which is why nothing changes but only gets progressively worse. America is bashed for being the main problem only because it's the biggest power. However, all nations are to blame.
