in the book of you and me i have written voluminously so many times the write is in my head where clearly those words could never be read while others are scratched onto bits of paper to be found weeks and weeks later the only ones you really ever see are the ones pecked out onto the computer screen
sometimes those writes are filled with love while others are filled with anger but often times they simply are compilations of frustrations
within each of those pages read and discarded, you will see the me that needs you so please my darling stop fighting me

"the me that needs you" ---You KNOW how to pull at heart strings. That LINE cries! This is almost saying "NO matter what I write, it will never satisfy you....DAG NAB IT JUST STOP BEING SO STUPID, SHUT UUUP AND LOVE ME LIKE YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO!"
Truth beautifully woven in this poem.
