having a past life memory of death in war...

Past-Life Death Memory
© Jaimey Perham 02/17/2010

Working for the French Underground during World War II
Communicating vital key information soldier to soldier
My true love, a sweet Jewish girl on the other side of town
We lived just outside of Paris in small French town down by the river
Two young lovers caught up in a nasty war with the German Nazis
Her name was Nathalie, her hair long and curly black
Her eyes a light blue like the morning sky after the sun rises
I was on a special mission delivering a special message to the Resistance
Running like the European wind through a dark forest of scary dreams
Then from behind the tracks I made in the dirt I heard a loud popping sound
I fell hard to the solid ground my head throbbing with severe pain
Awoke in a nearby red barn, some quiet farmhouse in some strange village
With fellow French friends standing by my side as I lay on my death bed
They gave comfort as I lay dying, but I would not leave this life just quite yet
With a bullet stuck in my head, and without seeing my true love for one last time
My only sweet little French girl Nathalie from the other side of town
Then just as the fear began to fade away, and my soul began to part ways
There stood my girl in the doorway of this old run down red barn
Our windowed eyes made contact, and we exchanged small smiles
Under the white bright light shining in the room from the afternoon sun
As my dark heavy eyes began to close at last and my life finally pass away
I saw a watery tear drop drip down the soft cheek of my blue eyed soul mate beauty
