You're just a blank page
staring me in the face,
and I can't say
how much I hate you,
because you make me bleed,
and I'll always need
the release
only you can give me.
You make me weak,
because for you
I objectify myself,
put my life
to black and white,
just making it easier to see
the damage I keep,
deep
in me.
You are the drug
I cant give up.

My drug too! But, writing makes me stronger, not weaker! I do it with love and true appreciation!

Oh how deeply I feel this one today, for someone asked me why I write, wish I had this to give them!

Excellent!
