I so wish
that autumn could have caught us,
layed us down onto the ground,
and sometime during October
folded us in golden leaves,
a blanket to sleep in
eternally.
That would have been such a beautiful season,
just you and me,
forever keeping that dream.
And for once,
I would fall,
and not have it be a problem.

There's poetry crammed into every nuance of your writing. This is lovely.
Jason, I really like the double message here of falling and it not be a problem. It still amazes me how powerful a short write can be.... stay strong...
