The city is beautiful really,
especially during twilight
when the acid in the sky
turns pink and green.
So much more than pretty.
And every rivet
is the eye of god
as he watces us,
as he sees us
just as we are meant to be.
Twice of what we are,
and still half incomplete.

"Twice of what we are,

The look and sound of your words draw me in -- then they challenge me to consider and re-consider their meaning in addition to their intent. Ironic contradictions. This is the kind of poetry I truly enjoy. Most poetry is either artful or challenging. Your poetry is both.
