Gene, after perusing your rendering I am left with many impressions. Your thoughts always provoke introspection. I am impressed with some of Chardin's thoughts and impressions. "We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience" Pierre Teilhand de Chardin. I also am impressed with the dimension of his thoughts regarding the Omega Point. "It must be personal - an intellectual being not just an abstract idea". Pierre Tielhand de Chardin. Kate Burnside's review captures very effectively a great deal of my personal beliefs. I will close with a thought that I often use to summarize my impressions of the whole of mankind and myself in particular. The sun brings the shadows of light..so we live dancing in the 'in betweens' wondering how the edges can cut across me...The great accountants will always say...we are accountable, we are the sum of things



but we are not....we are beings that found the light livable...

It takes all kinds. Many are standing in line, but few are chosen. The references to chardin and darwin in the same poetic breath is genuis, could even create a new sub-species and foster new light on an old subject. To me, to be born again is simply to transition from one state to another of enlightenment in hopes of being the best we can be to be a service to our community...Be well, Gene.

very clever, Gene... much vital ene(r)G(y) in this one! Being born again is a total different kettle of fish to being reborn, me thinks... It is a new thing as opposed to a retrogressive "trying the same thing again" in the hope of doing, being the same thing - but better! So what is "fact"? Science is, at best, hypotheses based on stats and deductions, ain't it? Science and mystery go hand in ape-hand. Love these mind matrices, darlin: always so much babies and bathwater.
