Madame Fernandez the gypsy with sight Saw thru tomorrow, with yesterday's light Smoked the peyote, the ganja, the weed Lit the white candle, for all that believed
Madame Fernandez could speak to the dead And laughed as the voices conversed in her head Danced in the moonlight at Midsummer's Eve Consulted the spirits that lived in the trees
Madame Fernandez was hardly earth bound Transcending her body, asleep......without sound At one with the cosmos, expansive as sky Projecting her spirit.......yet to the earth tied
Madame Fernandez in black satin shawl Summoning spirits.....awaiting her call Reading the tarot with nonchalant ease Granting protection and prayers.... for a fee
Madame Fernandez felt wisdom thru stones From amethyst, crystal, citrine, and carved bones Gazing in silence, thru clear crystal ball Reading the palm....tracing lines...telling all
Madame Fernandez would NEVER drink tea For as she neared bottom...HER future she'd see The leaves did not lie, no matter the blend They showed her ADRIFT...ALONE...in the END

I have often wondered how astrologers can step outside their Zodiac signs and not be affected by them.
'Oooh, you're going to meet a tall dark cucumber. You will come into gold at the dentist. Watch out for the woman with a turd in her hand.'
Funny when written like this. Yet none of this would affect the astrologer, right?
