IN THE NAME OF GOD

Children softly praying,
In a place where they feel safe.
The wooden pews inside the church,
Lined up with each in place.


The musky smell of incense,
Creeping into little noses.
As each recites the rosary,
Kneeled down in perfect poses.


Small faces look into the eyes,
Of one they can rely on.
The priest who gives them guidance,
A soft shoulder there to cry on.


In God's name he gains their trust,
While stalking innocents to claim,
Planting nightmares in their psyche's
For a life of fear and shame.


This sacred man of God awaits,
To lead them one by one,
Into the bowels of stained glass walls,
Deflowering our Sons.


Small sacramental offerings,
Beneath the holy cross.
Perversion "In The Name Of God",
Disguised as a Man of the Cloth.
