"The Message"

While pondering my lifetime, a new found voice spoke out,
And told me all the answers, of what life was all about.
It wasn't what I thought I'd hear, when God finally spoke to me,
I was blessed with his enlightenment, a new spirituality.

The message was no spoken word, but could not be denied,
Somehow my thoughts reached out to him, and crossed that great divide.
He told me why I had to stay and what I had to learn,
Before this lifetime ended, only then could I return.

"This lifetime is a mere dream, you were sent to earth to learn,
And with you is your spirit, waiting patiently...concerned.
The purest of all entities, inside all who traveled here,
Was created by my loving hands, not from a God you fear.

Surrender any judgment, you may pass without a thought,
It will come back to burden you, until the lesson's taught.
Release the pain you hold in stride, my love will fill the void,
And you will feel contentment; human pain will be destroyed.

Come feel my holy presence, resting quietly inside,
You'll find there's only peace here, ever present to abide.
Allow my true acceptance, to wash through you like the tide,
The only place still waters and the infinite you reside.

You will live each lifetime, making up for all that's past,
Your lifetimes here are numerous and eternity is vast,
Each lesson learned brings purity, of heart and soul and mind,
Then you will soar, and become more, and leave this world behind".

Karma Bank to Following By Listening by Chiemi

These song lyrics and art are tales, tides and twinkling lights - tunes telling stories of warmth and sun, city and sand, paths that lead, and the coins we can keep in the Karma Bank. Spirit's been bypassed for sorrow, dreaming of a better tomorrow .
