Be still and know I'm God.
At the morning break I go to find my retreat kitty.
I have to.
Instinctively I know where my retreat kitty is.
I find kitty in the retreat center lobby just like i knew he would be.
There's Tigre curled up in a ball, dozing.
So cute. I love him>
Instinctively I reach out, scratching his head and neck.
Automatically I hear rhythmic purring and feel affectionate pawing on my leg.
A voice in my head booms:
Be still and know I'm God.
I love you!
You are loved.
You are mine.
You are my precious child.
Be still and know I'm God.
You are love.
You are loved.
You are mine.
You are my precious child.
You are loved.
I feel this in kitty's purr.
I feel it in kitty peddling on me.
I feel it when kitty climbs and curls up in my lap.
I feel it in the time kitty and I share.
In the time I love on kitty and kitty loves on me.
Be still and know
Be still and know I'm God.
