Where?

Don’t know where you’re coming from
I’m not playing; I’m this dumb.
After the good time we had
How could more of that be bad?

Then again, I guess for me
Time with you is ecstasy.
Even though it’s worth the wait
Time apart I’ve grown to hate.

So, if I don’t see you soon
I’ll be screaming at the moon.
Not that it will help me much.
God I hope we keep in touch.

I keep watching what I say
Try to keep my head some way-
But no fooling from the start
You knew you could have my heart.

All I aim to do is please,
Asking God from worn our knees-
If you’d like to get somewhere
I’m the one to take you there.
