No one will ever know,
Many things happen no one will know.
No one will ever know of my journey,
A journey that grows out of the earth.
No one will ever know of my dreams,
Whose roots sink deep in earth’s turf.
No one will ever know I once rode the crest,
Whose waves surged forward at my behest.
No one will ever know of my lingering hopes,
A mirror shattered as I fell against the ropes.
No one will ever know of my enduring sorrow,
A sorrow with no voice some happiness to borrow.
No one will ever know of my courage to yearn,
A courage fearless and bold, all evil ways to spurn.
No one will ever know of my deep-seeded fears,
Shadow clouds that followed me across the years.
No one will ever know of secrets that abide,
The confessional has secrets it will always hide.
No one will ever know who I truly was inside,
Facing life’s challenges with solemn faith to abide.
No one will ever know as I lay myself down to rest,
I commend myself now to His Spirit, fully confessed.
No one will know what I have done, but He will know.

We all do things that we regret. While some come out in the open, many do not. And, if we never reveal them no one will ever know. If they bother us and cause us, "deep-seated fears," then we may have to rely on some way out, like in your case, faith that your God will somehow forgive you.
I don't have to worry about that, and don't. Like the old saying goes: "let sleeping dogs lie." No sense torturing yourself over them.
The Most High God sees the secret springs of human action, and knows the hearts of all living. Palpable melancholy in this, John. I relate. These kinds of waves hit my shores, too, on occasion. We will never fully comprehend our today's and tomorrow's, but eventually, The Most High God will reveal to you why you went through everything you did. Peace... r
He always knows our hearts and our soul. He made us and knitted us into a textile of perfection. Let the mirror tell the truth, come as you are dear John, he will love you regardless, cuz he knows you better than you. Thanks for sharing this tender moment xo
Still Living on my Feet is the follow up to Tichaona Chinyelu’s first book, In the Whirlwind, which was rooted in a sense of hard-hitting revolutionary black love. However, in this sophomore effort, Tichaona brings the revolutionary essence from deep
