We need to know that things will end,
Joy or despair, life a message will send.
All things in life have an appointed time,
Events of my destiny, possessed as mine.
With no end, this is what eternity will be,
Trapped in a physical persona only me.
Never the expectation things will change,
No surprises my scattered life to rearrange.
If I am hungry, I will never feel full forever,
If I am full, I will always feel hungry never.
How to distinguish one day from the rest,
With some stick broom to feather my nest.
The final surprise would bring all to an end,
Blissfully happy, I make way round the bend.
One way to look at a final surprise would be that there wasn't one.
But, I guess that wouldn't be very inspirational for those desperately seeking something better than this boring life that they have been acting out without really enjoying.
Life has a way of surprising us at every turn, no matter what our age/ experience. I for one am in no hurry to discover the mysteries that are yet to follow. The other day I took a walk in the neighborhood and found a gold bauble sitting on the sidewalk, I looked around me nowhere had anyone put up baubles, the wind brought it in. I took it home and hung it on my front door, It was one of those kismet moments. Wishing you a blissful happy life and many more surprises to come. Be well,
