We are often plagued by questions of source.

The true origin of our happiness and remorse?

Life changes on a whim in fleeting seconds,

Moods come and go before anyone reckons.

We ask the mind from where it draws thought,

But it can’t decide, too many thoughts wrought.

What is it that we make all our decisions on,

What is the source of guidance to lead us on.

All of us at one time or another made mistakes,

We thought we knew and we had what it takes.

Only to realize we are often groping in the dark,

Living life on sheer whim, everything is a lark.

I choose to believe God’s truth as true source,

Divine light as radiating center of eternal force.
