In life we live in love with life,

In life we live with hated death.

In life we live before life’s death,

In death we live beyond our life.

Day after day we do love our life,

Day after day we hate death’s life.

Through the day we await our life,

Through the day we await our death.

Until a day came in the life of death,

When it fell totally in love with life.

In living and loving, life found death,

In living and loving, death found life.

Solved the mystery of life and death,

The heart of death found in life’s love.
