-- OUTSIDE OF TIME – John Herlihy Outside the continuum of time Everything in its place, sublime The seasons hold only thrill The grand oceans finally still Winter snow falls but never lands Leaves fall from uplifted hands Spring rains forever flooding Summer’s rose forever budding Time enough for such wonder Lightning, bereft of thunder The chill of doubt now warm Past the horizon certainty born A cruel deception made right Moonglow filling depths of night Inside of time, ever and ever Outside of time, forever and ever - - - - - - Copyright © John Herlihy Saturday 16 July 2022
