Eternity (infinity) is a useful mathematical concept. But as far as our short life and thinking when compared to the well considered age and lifespan of our universe, is not really worth contemplating except in fanciful poetry like yours.

In fact, if one were actually going to live in eternity, it might turn out to be some kind of living hell.
