No shame in not knowing,
Shame only in not wanting to know.
No guilt in confessing,
Guilt only in not wanting to confess.
No loss in remembering,
Loss found in things forgetting.
No blame in having what is ours,
Blame only in what is not ours.
No cowardice in having fear,
Cowardice only not facing the fear.
No pride in accepting less,
Pride only in never accepting less.
Love lost may sometimes be found,
Real love may never be lost.
No lie in doing the task,
A lie found in wearing a mask.
No success in never trying,
Success only in always trying.
No hunger in having,
Hunger only in not having.

We all have done something we are shameful for. That's no excuse for lying or brushing it off when it can't be fixed. The best policy is to fix it in the best way one can. If that's impossible, then confessing will long way.
