A poem I wrote about my savior Jesus Christ.
A heavenly being walks with me. No longer shall I query, Although I may be weary, He softly speaks to my soul. His footsteps can’t be heard. Only His spoken word. You may think it absurd. He helps me achieve my goals. Gently he caresses me, with tender loving care. While hearing all my prayers, my life he now controls. He gave his life for humanity, Although we cherish vanity. He keeps me close to sanity. My heart he does console.

Peace prevails as I read your poem about Jesus. Even the first verse by itself tells a wonderful story about how He influences you.
I like the way you use rhyme. (I don't know the names of various styles; just know what I like).
This is one I could read over and over.
