Come Now
Come now; rise, bear witness and see.
Velvets touch, tender patterns of lace.
Yellow carnations; loves certain grace.
Oh come now, rise up; taste of this need.
For gracious are thy lips brushing soft against my skin.
Delicate like unto a flower, fragrant and nubile; ever drawing me in.
So fill sweet this longing which chases ghostly fireflies about the moon.
Hold firm this aging spirit; embrace this subtle vapor, keep it close.
For soon comes the hour to whit it shall fade on the approaching noon.
So come now; rise up and see…
Come now my love and forever partake of me.
Come now and see…
