So sorry to read sad poems like this. While behaviorists would generally disagree, we are descendants of long lines of DNA, some good and some bad. No matter what you do, your son probably is on the receiving end of male anger that is built into his genes coming down from generations above. Recalling what I read of your father.

I would go continue to seek out those who care for you and love you rather than spending any more time trying to persuade your son that you are not the one that made him the way he is. Like your poem suggests, I hope that he treats his family better than he does his mother.
