A trilogy of hours completed. And yet...

III – Reinvention of Morning

You reinvent me, in the mirror of morning
facing an inherent sea of eventide that flooded
yet, never slumbered into night…

Perhaps you have dreamed me, nonetheless
and perhaps you are still drifting within the tangibility of the wave
which was, in fact, placated, at the translucid unfolding
of this porousness of cadences adhering foam
and perspective of the advent of a poem
diluted in mist, or still, and always
sculpted in salt…

Thus, you reinvent me, in paradox
of my accurate ambiguity
with hues of nacre never coalesced in pearl
and yet rolled, beneath your fingertips
like the sense of the shell that evades the eyes
but yields the air…

Recite me, now, for I never heard myself like this…

Sweet words roll through the soul and heart of this poetry like honey rolls off a spoon. Reinvention the makeover of your heart seems so fantastic as long as you retain who you are deep down. Love can do magic.

Alexandra, meu Amor ...

My eyes are blessed
when they unfold each morning
to your kisses
and the colours of my dreams
become shy when compared
to the light in your eyes
smiling at me when I'm awakened
to be honoured by
another recital of you.

What a glorious ending which leads,
once more, to the beginning of this
most amazing trilogy.

Love in all paths of morning, noon and night,
Joseph
