We can't stop the wind;
go ahead, ask your next of kin.
We can't stop the inevitable;
no reason to be irritable.
Good and bad happens to us all;
take heart, it doesn't mean a great fall.
A calm soul, a peaceful spirit;
much perseverance, with hardly any limit.
The Spirit blows where it wills;
favor for a lifetime, many thrills.
Set your mind on the things of the Spirit;
the wind of error, keep far from it.
A gentle breeze, a tornadic blow;
be under the wings of the pure shadow.
The airplane becomes airborne against the wind;
soar to the heights, your soul now determined.
We can't stop the wind;
only vanity we must rescind.
Do not follow just any wind of doctrine;
chase the pure wind, the one that's sovereign.
