Oops, Did I Just a Bit Overstate

An apology already, I feel like I puked up a bit of overstated, under cooked, stupidity...

Oops, Did I Just a Bit Overstate…

Already do I feel I did make a boo-boo,

I wrote that out with little help from my “id”,

That last one, the angry one, the one I just did,

I said so much, I should have at the very least explained,

I guess now I am sorry, and hope I didn’t too much complain…

I had a bad day, yes a very bad stinking day; I know we all do,

But for a change this happened to me, first the refrigerator,

Then the fact that I need my anti-depressants, but cannot afford them, as I am out,

So getting them and keeping a level head at a time when I need it is gravely in doubt,

As the fridge does come first, I thought I had a few bucks extra,

Just that it comes in three’s and damn if I can imagine what might happen next, maybe the gout?

Just understand, I am having one of those days,

Let me sleep on it and I will see a better one yet,

So let me put myself in gear, & do the high thing, oh yes I will get,

Sorry for that outburst of idiocy, I hope you are still reading me,

If not I will understand and not myself, let,

Feel all badly, anymore depressed than I already feel, although I do regret…

Ah Ed, we all have those days, sometimes its hard to just get out of bed, I wish you could get your medication, things like that make me so mad at this country's medical system. Take care Ed,

Dear Ed... I have no reference for this poem.. the Den won't let me in to read the F**K poem this refers to.. I can see the title up there but my connection to the den is faulty, ever since they added a bunch of software the last few months, I have no access to anything.. sigh.. As far as a 'bad day' that would carry you to this extent, my dear, I like Ed K's advice... also, if you dwell on these things, if you let them be 'the boss' it's going to hurt you. Now, about that poem.. I'd love to see it.. perhaps I'll send you my email.. then you can copy and paste it .. ok? alrighty then.. Take care.. don't make me come all the way out there and make you wear my "rose-colored glasses" til you feel better.. hehe. katy xox.

We all have far too many of 'those days.' When I have one, I take a long walk through the woods - try it, it may help.

I'm sorry you're depressed, Ed. It's bad when you can't afford your medication. Hey, I'm still your number #1 fan!
