Inspiration…

Can come from anything,

For all intents and purposes,

Can come from as little as an amoeba,

Or can come from as large as whale,

Inspiration is not for sale,

Nor can we send it through the mail…

Inspiration comes when we least expect it,

Get out that pen and paper and keep it at hand,

For inspiration is never planned…

As you can see I was inspired herein to write,

Inspiration came from the word, a passage to a rite,

When it gets down to the nitty gritty I lose my inspiration,

Therein lies my frustration,

Perhaps when I get to this point, the better part of valor is just cessation…
